Carrie Health and Wellness was founded by Carrie Valle FNP-C. APRN, a professional Nurse Practitioner graduated from Purdue University and has certifications and training from Empire Medical Training in Botulinum Toxin Aesthetic Injection treatment, Dermal Filler injection treatment and Hormone Replacement Therapy for Men and Women. With a passion for helping others look and feel their best, Carrie combines expertise with a personal touch to ensure each client receives top-notch care tailored to their individual needs.
Carrie is a wife, mother and grandmother. Her family and friends give her joy in her life.
